How often do we answere that we are not doing well, because we didn't reach the high goals we had.
I made a test for my self. Since I like to play I play some games on another site that give  you Jewells as a treat. You get to do more on the site if you have more of these jewells. So it is just normal to try to reach the gpals they have in a short time. Some games give you the opportunity to winn may jewells in a short time. They also have jackpots.
So I play such a game to come to the goals a little bit faster. And some days are very good other you will take the mashine and through it out of the window.
But I thought that maybe it is not the game who has problems maybe it is me. Maybe are my goals to high for the moment, or maybe i just see what I loose not what I get. So, I started to count.
After a halv hour playing I had tried 104 times. I started with 3010. While I counted I made a ring arraund all numbers that gave me a win. The payment for every round was 108 jewells. So everithing that gave more than 108 jwls was a win how ever it was big or small. In one period I had 10 rounds under 108. it's in those times you get negative, but I had a paper with a lot of incircled numbers, and that made me think possitive.
In the end 60 of the rounds where backwards rounds without a win. 3 where plus minus 0. But 37 gave a win some just with 9 jwls other with more than 1000. So the result is that I got 3645 more jwls. Sure it is a long way to the new goal, but I won. Not as much as others can do and cirtenly no Jackpot, but I won.
Now how is it in our lifes? Do we count the losses or the winnings?
Life without backsteps is not possible. So, it is better to count the blessings how small they may be, because they are the winnings in life who push us foreward if only a lttle step, but it is in the right direction.
In stead of setting the dayly goals to high and get sad if you not reach them, lower your expactions and count the god steps, and in the end of the day look back and see where you are now, and where you have been yesterday. Count the distance inbetween and be happy for your achievements.
Count the god steps and see them as blessings in your life.

I believe if you never give up things will happen and life is changing to what ever you will. Just hang on never doubt and believe in your selv.
I once had to work with a boy who had cp on the right side. He was a strong boy inside. He never gave up. When I showed him to make knots and there where some knots that take the courage out of children who do not have his problems. he never gave gave up, with a strong will he fixed the knot and wnt home with his own knot picture very proud. He really was a strong boy, and the best to play teble tennis.
Never ever give in for bad thoughts, just think the best things of you.
